Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities on the shop floor
- Monitor production process and support machine operations
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions
- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace cleanliness
- Support senior operators and production supervisors during shift operations
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- Perform basic documentation and production record entries
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments whenever required
- Learn and understand manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow
- Handle materials and assist in loading/unloading activities as required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of industrial safety practices
- Positive attitude and discipline towards work
Additional Requirements
- Candidates should be physically fit to work in an industrial environment
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
