About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team and expand our network of independent business partners and referral channels. In this role, you will identify, build, and maintain strong partnerships with professional networks, focusing on onboarding well-connected professionals to drive growth and introduce high-value clients to our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, approach, and recruit premium affiliate partners with access to High Net Worth Individual (HNI) networks.
- Program Promotion: Present and promote the company’s Affiliate Partnership Program via phone calls, meetings, and networking activities.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective affiliates and channel partners.
- Onboarding & Guidance: Successfully onboard new partners and provide clear guidance on lead submission processes and partnership benefits.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with affiliates to ensure continuous engagement and lead generation.
- Support & Training: Conduct regular follow-ups, training sessions, and support activities to maximize partner productivity.
- Representation: Represent the organization professionally at business meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve affiliate acquisition and business development targets as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Affiliate Management, or Relationship Management.
- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Networking: Excellent capabilities in networking and relationship-building.
- Presentation: Ability to confidently present partnership opportunities to senior professionals and business owners.
- Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in generating business opportunities.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
