ROLE SUMMARY:
VROZART FINANCE is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build, manage, and scale our CA partner ecosystem. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with Chartered Accountants and financial professionals to generate business opportunities for Business Loans and Machine Loans.
The ideal candidate should have strong channel sales experience, relationship-building ability, knowledge of lending products, and the capability to manage the complete loan journey from Lead Generation → Login → Approval → Disbursal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, onboard, and develop new CA partners for Business Loan and Machine Loan sourcing.
- Build long-term relationships with CA firms and referral partners.
- Activate existing CA networks to generate consistent monthly business.
- Conduct partner meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Educate partners on product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, ROI, tenure, collateral requirements, and lending processes.
- Ensure quality lead generation and accurate documentation to reduce rejection rates.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams for smooth case processing.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, conversions, approvals, disbursals, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain regular MIS reporting on partner activity and business performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand CA channel presence.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of proven experience in Channel Sales / DSA Sales / Business Development in Financial Services.
- Existing CA network and ability to onboard new partners preferred.
- Experience in Business Loans, Machine Loans, Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Lending products preferred.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closure capabilities.
- Comfortable with field meetings, partner visits, and market development activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
