3. Educator as Learner: Stay updated on early education trends, explore new ideas, and participate in professional discussions. Reflect on teaching practices, consider different learning approaches, challenge unfair practices, and continuously improve strategies to enhance children's learning experiences.
4. Planner for Learning: Set high expectations for all children, plan learning with their input, and balance structured and spontaneous activities. Record key decisions, use play and real-life experiences, create engaging environments, support holistic development, and collect evidence to assess progress effectively.
