Qualifications
- B.A./M.A. in Tamil or a related field
- B.Ed. preferred/mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Tamil language and literature
- Teaching experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach Tamil for Classes VIII, IX, and X
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assignments
- Conduct interactive classroom discussions and language activities
- Guide students in grammar, reading, writing, and literature
- Help students prepare for board examinations
- Maintain academic records and classroom discipline
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong classroom management ability
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to engage students through interactive learning methods
Experience
- Experienced candidates preferred (Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience)
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹38,000 per month
