Job Title: Sales Executive – Immigration Services
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote immigration and visa services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. The role involves guiding customers through various immigration pathways and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing activities.
- Counsel clients on immigration programs, PR options, and visa services.
- Identify client requirements and suggest suitable migration pathways.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth case handling.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and program changes.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, overseas education, travel, or service industry.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with proven sales performance.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
