About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Sales Automation Specialist to streamline and optimize the sales process through AI-powered tools and automation platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing sales automation workflows, CRM automation, AI-driven prospecting, lead nurturing, and sales enablement solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered sales automation workflows.
- Automate lead capture, lead qualification, lead routing, and follow-up processes.
- Integrate CRM systems with AI and automation tools to improve sales efficiency.
- Build automated outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
- Configure AI chatbots and virtual assistants for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Optimize sales pipelines by reducing manual tasks through workflow automation.
- Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
- Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, lead conversion, and sales productivity.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and process compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and sales engagement tools.
Required Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Microsoft Power Automate, or n8n.
- Familiarity with AI sales tools such as Apollo.io, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline automation.
- Experience creating automated email sequences and lead nurturing workflows.
- Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Automation, CRM Administration, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Marketing Automation, or AI-enabled Sales Operations.
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, or IT companies will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience implementing AI-driven sales automation strategies.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini) for sales workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM customization, workflow creation, and reporting.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams and improving sales productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.
