1. Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Provide technical vision and leadership across all technology functions.
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and digital transformation.
2. Engineering & Product Development
- Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure best practices.
- Lead architecture design, system scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
3. Infrastructure & IT Management
- Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Ensure system uptime, data security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Implement DevOps and automation best practices.
4. Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and manage engineering and IT teams.
- Establish performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
5. Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee risk management and cybersecurity measures.
- Develop IT policies and governance frameworks.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage the technology budget.
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and technology partners.
- Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining system performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
