Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, skilled in spreadsheets, and well-versed in GST and ITR filing.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and statements
● Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
● Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and compliant manner
● Manage Income Tax Return (ITR) filings and maintain proper documentation
● Ensure all financial records are organized and up to date for audits and reviews
● Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
● Generate financial reports and assist in financial analysis
● Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
● Hands-on experience with Zoho (Zoho Books or related tools)
● Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
● Experience in GST filing and compliance
● Knowledge of ITR filing processes and regulations
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Good organizational and time management skills
Experience
● Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping roles
Preferred Qualities
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Good communication skills
Salary ● 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 (Based on experience and skills)
