Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, proposals, and other required documents.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record management.
- Assist with travel arrangements including ticket bookings and accommodation.
- Manage petty cash records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities for smooth office operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional attitude, discipline, and strong attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹52,000.00 per month
