We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst Interns who are eager to learn, analyze business processes, and contribute to real-world software development projects.
This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, product development, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Learn to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Support senior Business Analysts in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flows.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and product opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support business decisions.
- Assist the QA team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate implemented features.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain project documentation using collaboration tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree (Completed or Final Year) in:
- Business Administration (BBA/MBA)
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Commerce
- Or any related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in business analysis is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Willingness to learn business analysis concepts and documentation.
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, or SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of process mapping or wireframing tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
