Job Summary
Parrot AI Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong Microsoft Excel skills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and supporting business operations through efficient data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Create and manage Excel reports, trackers, and MIS sheets.
- Perform data validation and data cleansing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- B.Tech degree from a recognized university.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Basic Formulas and Functions
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
