Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle in the real estate sector. The candidate will coordinate with sales teams, handle customer queries, maintain client records, and ensure smooth post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions from lead generation to post-sales handover.
- Maintain and update client data in CRM software regularly.
- Coordinate with sales teams for site visits, bookings, follow-ups, and closures.
- Handle customer queries regarding projects, pricing, payment schedules, possession dates, and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Manage booking forms, agreements, payment receipts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with finance/legal teams for loan processing, agreements, and registrations.
- Track customer payments, dues, and reminders.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Support referral programs and repeat business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree.
- 3 + years of experience in CRM / customer service / real estate operations.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of real estate sales process and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
