We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in:
Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC)
Oracle Advanced Talent Management
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Requirements:
4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud functional consulting experience
Strong experience in ORC and Advanced Talent modules
Ability to gather business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Experience conducting workshops, user training, and stakeholder discussions
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery
Responsibilities:
Configure and implement ORC and Advanced Talent solutions
Collaborate with clients to optimize recruitment and talent management processes
Provide functional support, issue resolution, and best-practice recommendations
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
