We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and technically strong Shopify Developer & E-commerce Store Manager who can take full ownership of storefront performance, theme customization, and e-commerce workflows while collaborating closely with design, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Shopify Store Operations & Optimization
- Manage and optimize product catalogs, including pricing, variants, sizing charts, imagery, and SEO-optimized descriptions
- Oversee inventory workflows and manage Shopify app ecosystems (reviews, upselling, bundles, subscriptions, size charts, etc.)
- Own integrations with third-party tools such as logistics partners, payment gateways, COD verification systems, returns platforms, and analytics tools
- Monitor store health, backend workflows, and operational performance to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
2. Front-End Development & Performance
- Customize and develop Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve UI/UX, branding consistency, and mobile responsiveness
- Build high-converting landing pages for launches, drops, and campaigns using custom code or advanced page builders
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) through funnel analysis, speed audits, and friction-point identification
- Optimize site speed, page load times, and Core Web Vitals across devices
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and scaling Shopify stores with advanced theme customization
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid (Git/version control is a plus)
- Deep understanding of DTC e-commerce, mobile-first UX, checkout optimization, and SEO best practices
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with end-to-end ownership of deliverables
