Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-centric Assistant Manager – Front Desk to oversee front office operations at our premium nightclub in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising front desk executives, managing reservations and VIP arrivals, and maintaining smooth coordination between departments to deliver seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient guest handling and exceptional service standards.
- Welcome guests with professionalism and create a memorable first impression.
- Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, walk-ins, and departures while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage VIP guest lists, table reservations, special requests, and event bookings.
- Coordinate closely with security, operations, floor staff, and management to ensure smooth guest entry, seating, and crowd flow.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards and professional grooming.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor reservation systems, guest records, and daily reports while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, presentable, and aligned with the club's premium brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, loyalty programs, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality Operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, nightlife, hotels, restaurants, lounges, or premium entertainment venues is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle high-profile and VIP guests.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in reservation systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Konkani or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
