Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Fundraiser to support our NGO’s mission by generating donations, building donor relationships, and organizing fundraising activities. The candidate will work closely with individuals, corporates, and communities to raise funds and increase awareness about the organization’s social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising campaigns and strategies.
- Identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners.
- Conduct fundraising events, donation drives, and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
- Coordinate with CSR teams, corporates, and community groups.
- Maintain donor databases and track fundraising performance.
- Promote campaigns through social media, email, and outreach activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with donors and supporters.
- Work with the marketing and program teams to communicate impact stories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Work, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or NGO sector preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and engage donors effectively.
- Knowledge of CSR fundraising and donor management is an advantage.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Passion for social causes and community development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
