Job Description – Operations Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, visa processing support, customer coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring smooth day-to-day travel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings efficiently.
Knowledge and handling of JDS and MDS software is mandatory.
Assist clients with visa documentation, application procedures, and travel requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and clients for smooth travel operations.
Provide customer support and assistance on a 24/7 basis whenever required.
Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
Ensure accurate booking records, travel itineraries, and operational documentation.
Follow up with clients regarding travel updates, changes, and confirmations.
Handle urgent travel situations and provide quick solutions.
Requirements:
Experience in travel operations or ticketing.
Hands-on experience with JDS and MDS software.
Basic knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible to work in shifts and provide support when required.
Good coordination and relationship management skills.
