Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**

Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using WPF and .NET

Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design patterns

Implement and maintain Flux Architecture / state management in desktop applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QA

Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage

Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Integrate APIs, third-party components, and backend services

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide robust solutions
