Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a Private Limited Company or LLP Firm, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office applications. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily accounting operations to ensure the company's financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger Management:
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Follow up with clients to secure timely payments and address outstanding issues.
- Manage aging reports to facilitate prompt collections.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting to senior management.
- Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Management:
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, resolving discrepancies.
- Tax & Compliance Support:
- Assist in preparing tax filings, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Support senior accountants in maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Internal Controls:
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide necessary documentation and responses during audits.
- Vendor & Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Private Limited Company or LLP Firm.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
