Job Title- Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the dairy industry. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's dairy products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop the assigned sales territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote the company's dairy products and introduce new products to the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at distributor and retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights on customer preferences and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain healthy receivable levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the dairy, FMCG, or food industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of distributor and retail sales networks.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
