Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI/UX Trainer/Mentor who can train, guide, and mentor students aspiring to build careers in UI/UX Design. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex design concepts for learners.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on UI/UX Design.
* Teach UI Design, UX Design, Design Thinking, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Information Architecture, and Usability Principles.
* Train students on industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design tools.
* Conduct hands-on workshops, assignments, and practical sessions.
* Mentor students on portfolio creation and case study development.
* Guide students in solving real-world design problems.
* Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
* Conduct mock interviews and assist students with career preparation.
* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in UI/UX Design principles.
* Hands-on experience with Figma.
* Knowledge of Design Systems and Responsive Design.
* Understanding of User Research and Usability Testing.
* Strong wireframing and prototyping skills.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities.
* Ability to explain concepts clearly to students from diverse educational backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Experience in EdTech, training, or mentoring will be an added advantage.
* Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
