About Roth Pets
Roth Pets is a growing pet-care company building practical, vet-created hygiene products for modern pet parents. As we expand across our website, marketplaces and offline retail, we’re looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of e-commerce operations and order fulfilment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily orders across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and other sales channels
- Handle day-to-day operations on Unicommerce/Uniware
- Monitor order and inventory synchronization and resolve failed orders/errors
- Coordinate with the warehouse/3PL for picking, packing and timely dispatch
- Manage Shiprocket/courier operations, including AWBs, pickups, NDRs, RTOs and delivery issues
- Monitor marketplace orders, returns, inventory and operational alerts
- Track inventory and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate fulfilment of B2B orders
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues instead of waiting for follow-ups
- Maintain basic operational reports, SOPs and documentation

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace operations, fulfilment or a related role
- Practical experience with some combination of Shopify, Unicommerce/Uniware, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Shiprocket
- Experience coordinating with warehouses/3PLs and courier partners
- Good understanding of order processing and inventory management
- Strong Excel/reporting and attention to detail
- Someone who takes ownership and follows problems through to resolution
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing startup environment
Candidates with less experience can still be considered if they demonstrate strong practical knowledge, ownership and problem-solving ability.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday–Saturday, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
