About Us
Ritz Fashion Trendz is a growing ethnic fashion brand specializing in designer blouses, sarees, jewelry, and traditional apparel. We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic E-commerce Website Associate to manage our online store and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on the website.
- Write accurate and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Edit, resize, and upload product images.
- Update product pricing, inventory, and categories.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain website banners, collections, and promotional pages.
- Monitor website performance and report technical issues.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for new product launches.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist with basic SEO optimization and website content updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, website management, or product listing.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and image editing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of online retail and fashion products.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation is an advantage.
