Real Estate Sales Specialist
Work Locations
- Project Site: Hesaraghatta (Mandatory site visits 2–3 days a week)
- Corporate Office: Cunningham Road, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for plotted developments and farmland projects.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and property presentations.
- Coordinate and manage site visits for prospective buyers.
- Convert leads into successful sales closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in plotted development and/or farmland sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage leads and client relationships.
- Must be comfortable traveling for project site visits.
- Good understanding of Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.

- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
