- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Effective cold calling and relationship building can help a retail manager generate their own leads and build new connections.
- Has to meet the client fixed by the voice caller and tele caller. Ensure that a maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
- Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing support and advice to help them achieve their financial goals Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate new leads to expand the client base
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide updates to clients on their portfolio performance and investment strategy
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments to ensure the team is well-informed and equipped to provide expert advice.
- The KYC (Know Your Customer) process for customers will be conducted with the assistance of the CST (Customer Service Team).
