Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and other departments for smooth order processing.
- Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation and customer records.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or prescribed system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional schemes.
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as assigned.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive buying experience.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers or candidates with sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
