We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GeM Executive to manage operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, bid participation, and order processing while ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
- Create and update product/service listings on GeM
- Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, and tender submissions
- Monitor new bids and prepare quotations accordingly
- Process orders, generate invoices, and track payments
- Coordinate with government departments and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and documentation requirements
- Maintain records of orders, bids, and transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on GeM portal
- Strong knowledge of GeM processes, bidding, and catalog management
- Basic understanding of government procurement procedures
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Ability to work under deadlines
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
