Your Mission as a VIP Consultant

As a VIP Consultant , you'll work closely with our HNI clients , ensuring their experience is seamless , personal , and truly premium
You’ll bring empathy , patience , and a touch of matchmaking magic
What You’ll Do:
Be the dedicated relationship partner for VIP Shaadi members post-sale
Understand member preferences and help identify their ideal match
Call and connect with high-quality prospects on behalf of the member
Set up mutually consented meetings between potential matches
Ensure timely renewals and proactive engagement throughout their journey
Guide, counsel, and support members like a true partner
Maintain high service standards, timely resolutions & detailed documentation
- ️ Handle escalations with grace, maturity, and solution-focused thinking
Respect diverse traditions, preferences, and cultural nuances
Always go above and beyond to deliver the VIP promise
What You Bring to the Table:
1+ year of experience in customer service / client servicing / relationship management
A natural passion for people, relationships & making customers smile
Strong attention to detail + excellent organizational skills
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Infinite patience + persuasive communication
️ Clear, confident communication in English + any Indian language
Self-motivated and committed to exceeding expectations
