Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software development projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct project kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review meetings, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Track project performance through KPIs and project reports.
- Handle change requests, scope management, and client escalations.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to delivery processes.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices across project teams.
- Support account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing projects.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Project Management within a software development company.
- Strong experience managing Web, Mobile App, SaaS, AI, and Enterprise Software projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in effort estimation, resource planning, and risk management.
- Ability to manage project budgets and delivery profitability.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
