Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. The candidate will be responsible for increasing website traffic, generating leads, and improving brand awareness through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Run and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Improve online customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and marketing insights.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, HubSpot, or Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of content creation and copywriting.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing or internships preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
