- Maintaining cleanliness: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and keeping restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms tidy.
- Administrative support: Photocopying, scanning, filing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with basic clerical tasks.
- Office logistics: Setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment, and preparing refreshments for meetings.
- Mail and courier management: Collecting, distributing, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
- Errands and supplies: Purchasing office supplies, replenishing stationery, pantry items, and toiletries, and running office errands.
- Visitor assistance: Greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and providing basic information.
- Equipment and maintenance: Monitoring office equipment, reporting repair needs, and assisting in minor maintenance tasks.
- Event support: Assisting in office events, including setting up decorations and coordinating catering services.
