Role: Client Delight Executive (Client Relationship Manager)

Role Summary:
As a, Client Delight Executive (Relationship Manager) you will be responsible for
managing and maintaining relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction
with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients
and will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, including on boarding,
account management, and renewal.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of
the client relationship.
● Process timely renewals
● Understand clients' business needs and goals and develop customized solutions
to meet their needs
● Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance
and support to clients
● Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and
services
● Monitor client accounts to identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely
manner
● Ensure that all client communication is professional, timely, and e
ective
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular
communication

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities actively
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
