Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with 4+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for campaign execution.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage online reputation and brand presence.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI optimization.
