- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding skincare and cosmetology-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about services and treatments.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed walk-in appointments and drive lead closures.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from any stream or discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Conversion, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Candidates with a Sales background or Cosmetology/Skincare industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English + any one of the following languages:
- Kannada
- Hindi
- Bengali
- Marathi
- Gujarati
