Production Engineer- Dish ends Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities for Dish Ends manufacturing.
· Manage Hot Pressing, Cold Forming, Spinning, Flanging, Heat Treatment, Grinding, and Finishing operations.
· Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
· Maintain product quality as per ASME, IBR, customer drawings, and approved procedures.
· Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
· Monitor productivity, rejection, rework, OEE, and machine efficiency.
· Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality management systems.
· Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor workforce.

Candidate Profile

· Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
· Production Engineer: 3–6 years of experience.
· Experience in Dish Ends, Pressure Vessel, Heavy Fabrication, Metal Forming, Steel Processing, or Process Equipment Manufacturing.
· Strong knowledge of hydraulic presses, spinning machines, plate forming, fabrication processes, welding coordination, production planning, and shop-floor management.
· Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
