Job Summary
Desirable Designs & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, contact potential customers, and schedule meetings for the Outside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident over phone calls, and possess the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling & Lead Management
- Call all assigned leads from CRM, website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements related to home construction.
- Explain DDC's construction packages, services, and unique selling points.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with prospective customers.
Meeting Generation
- Convert enquiries into qualified meetings for the Outside Sales team.
- Schedule site visits and office meetings with prospective customers.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly meeting targets are achieved.
- Follow up with customers until meetings are confirmed.
Follow-up Management
- Follow up regularly with:
- Ring No Response (RNR) leads
- Call Back leads
- Interested customers
- Existing prospects
- Maintain proper follow-up records in the CRM.
CRM & Reporting
- Update every call with accurate remarks.
- Maintain customer database and lead status.
- Submit hourly activity reports.
- Submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports without fail.
- Respond promptly to management instructions in WhatsApp groups.
Customer Coordination
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the Outside Sales team regarding scheduled meetings.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Daily KPIs
- Daily outbound calling target.
- Daily follow-up target.
- Minimum daily confirmed meetings as assigned.
- CRM updates with 100% accuracy.
- Hourly reports and EOD reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Construction, Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
