About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities while gaining practical experience in Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
