Job summary:
1.Talent Acquisition & Hiring
-Coordinate end-to-end hiring with recruiters and hiring managers.
-Ensure an excellent candidate experience, proactively track hiring progress and reduce position ageing
2.Employee Lifecycle & People Operations
-Own the employee journey from onboarding to exit.
- Manage HRMS, documentation, onboarding, confirmations and day-to-day people operations with accuracy and efficiency
3.Employee Experience & Culture
-Act as the People Champion for LGS Next by driving employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, recognition programs and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous learning.
4.People Partnership & Compliance
- Be the trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
- Provide policy guidance, support employee relations, facilitate difficult conversations and ensure HR compliance and documentation.
5.Startup & Builder Mindset
-Experience working in a software startup or fast-growing technology company.
- Comfortable building HR processes from scratch, embracing ambiguity and driving continuous improvement.
6.Professional Network & Employer Brand
-Strong Coimbatore hiring network with recruiters, colleges and HR communities.
- Active LinkedIn presence and experience supporting employer branding, campus hiring or recruitment marketing.
7.Technology & Continuous Improvement
-Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and AI tools. Passionate about automating HR processes, improving employee experience and building scalable people systems as LGS Next grows.
What we're looking for
● 3–5 years of experience in HR / People Operations within a software product or IT services
organisation.
● Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, GreytHR or
similar.
● Strong coordination, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
● Excellent communication, empathy and problem-solving abilities.
● Proactive, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Passionate about building a great workplace, not just managing HR operations
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
