Job Summary
We Shine Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced TNPSC General Studies Faculty to train aspirants for TNPSC competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, strong teaching skills, and the ability to simplify concepts using an exam-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach General Studies subjects as per the latest TNPSC syllabus, including:
- Indian & Tamil Nadu History
- Indian Polity
- Geography
- Indian Economy
- General Science
- Current Affairs
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions with conceptual clarity.
- Prepare study materials, class notes, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Guide students with exam strategies and time management techniques.
- Stay updated with TNPSC notifications, syllabus changes, and current affairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in TNPSC or other competitive exam coaching is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the TNPSC General Studies syllabus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach in Tamil .
