Position: Fabrication Manager
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Industry: Auto Components / Manufacturing / Heavy Fabrication / Engineering
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA (Based on Experience & Competency)
Key Requirements
Strong experience in Fabrication Operations
Hands-on expertise in MIG, TIG & ARC Welding (Mandatory)
Strong exposure to Press Shop Operations (Mandatory)
Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Structural Fabrication & Assembly
CNC Bending experience will be a strong advantage
Experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Heavy Engineering Manufacturing preferred
Key Responsibilities
Lead complete fabrication and press shop operations.
Plan and achieve daily production targets with optimum resource utilization.
Manage welding, fabrication, quality, safety, and productivity.
Lead fabrication supervisors, engineers, and shop floor teams.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Design, Maintenance, and Procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Compensation
Up to ₹18 LPA (Based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance).
