About the Role
Lombardyne is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to promote our industrial evaporators and expand our customer base across India. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong work ethics, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Meet industrial customers, consultants, and EPC companies.
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Represent Lombardyne at exhibitions and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) or MBA (Marketing).
- 2–6 years of experience in Industrial/B2B Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Honest, self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel.
- Experience in industrial equipment or process industries is an advantage.
