Studio Naadi is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Landscape Site Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing landscape execution, coordinating site activities, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered as per design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage landscape construction and site execution activities.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Handle material estimation, procurement, and billing processes.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely project completion.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Understanding of site execution and construction processes.
- Experience in vendor and contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of material estimation and project billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple tasks.
