Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry & Documentation Executive to manage, maintain, and analyse business data with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation, along with the ability to prepare professional documentation and reports.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy working with data and maintaining organized records.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain business data in Excel and internal systems.
- Create and manage Excel reports using Pivot Tables, formulas, filters, and charts.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Organize digital files and ensure proper document version control.
- Generate summaries and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify information.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Filters & Sorting
- Charts and Basic Dashboards
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Documentation, MIS Reporting, Operations, or Administration is preferred.
