We are hiring a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Leasing properties while helping clients find the right real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert real estate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, tenants, landlords, and corporate clients.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, Leasing, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable conducting client meetings and property site visits.
