Job Summary:
The HR & Admin Executive will manage day-to-day human resources functions and oversee general office administration. This role acts as the central pillar for employee lifecycle management while ensuring smooth, efficient workplace operations, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing) and coordinate the complete onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and training setup.
* Employee Lifecycle & Records: Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data, administer probation reviews, track performance appraisals, and manage exit/offboarding formalities.
* Operations & Compliance: Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs. Help draft corporate policies, maintain the employee handbook, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
* Engagement & Culture: Organize team-building activities, festive celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
2. Office Administration & Facility Management
* Office Operations: Oversee daily workplace operations, maintain office cleanliness, and manage safety, security, and access control protocols.
* Asset & Inventory Control: Track physical company assets and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory to ensure uninterrupted daily work.
* Vendor & Facility Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers (utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs).
* Documentation & Expenses: Handle administrative billing, process vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and maintain thorough documentation for office expenses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations, office administration, or a combined facility/people role.
* Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental HR processes, payroll inputs, and compliance standards.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills.
* Integrity: Highly professional approach with a strict ability to manage sensitive, confidential employee information.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
