Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Wakad, Pune (Field Work + Client Visits)

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who is comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer interaction. The role involves visiting potential clients, promoting products, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit potential customers, retailers, and businesses to promote products/services
· Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and references
· Explain product features and benefits to customers
· Achieve monthly sales targets
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
· Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and sales
Required Skills:
· Willingness to travel locally (field work is mandatory)
· Should have his own laptop (Mandatory)
· Basic understanding of sales funnel and marketing concepts
· Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
· Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
· Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
· Confidence in face-to-face selling
Qualifications:
· Post Graduate in any field (MBA, M.Com, Marketing preferred)
· Prior field sales experience is a plus

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
