We're looking for a driven professional Business Development Executive to own the front line of our growth. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and convert conversations into long-term partnerships across our service lines. This is a high-ownership role with real earning potential through performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and inbound enquiries
- Understand client requirements and pitch the right mix of D4 Interactive's services (digital marketing, web/app development, SaaS, AI automation)
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to close deals
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Telugu
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, web/app, or IT services (a strong plus)
- Good organizational skills and CRM/MS Office familiarity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
