Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance onboarding and induction programs for restaurant employees.
- Create structured learning journeys for Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Restaurant Operations, and Restaurant Management teams.
- Coordinate directly with the Founders/Owners to understand business priorities, develop capability-building initiatives, implement service excellence programs, and ensure learning strategies support the brand's growth and guest experience vision.
- Conduct training programs on luxury guest service, hospitality etiquette, communication skills, leadership, coaching, service recovery, and customer experience.
- Partner with Operations and HR teams to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development interventions.
- Build competency frameworks, skill matrices, and succession planning initiatives for restaurant leadership.
- Drive performance improvement through regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Develop SOP-based operational training modules and ensure consistency across all restaurant locations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, observations, guest feedback, and business performance metrics.
- Coach Restaurant Managers and Area Managers on people development, leadership, and performance coaching.
- Manage learning calendars, training records, certifications, compliance training, and training MIS reports.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and service excellence throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on luxury hospitality trends and introduce innovative learning practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4–8+ years of Learning & Development experience within the hospitality industry.
- Mandatory experience in luxury hotels, five-star properties, premium restaurants, or fine dining establishments.
- Candidates from brands such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Accor, Radisson, Four Seasons, St. Regis, The Leela, Roseate, Shangri-La, or similar luxury hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, or premium hospitality concepts is highly desirable.
- Candidates with primary experience in QSR, fast food, or delivery-focused restaurant brands are not suitable for this role.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in designing learning content, SOP training, leadership development, and competency-based learning programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel across restaurant locations as required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
