The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and detailed scheduling within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing production workflows and resource utilization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
